What's the shelf life? How do I store the Chamorindo?
Chamorindos can last up to two years.

You may store in room temperature, but keep all Chamorindo from excessive heat.

If you don’t plan on consuming right away, please refrigerate the Chamorindo to preserve and keep fresh.

How much is shipping?
Shipping will be calculated at checkout. The rate is based on your location and the number of products your order.

Is there free shipping?

There is no free shipping. Keep an eye for promo codes. 

When will you ship my order?

We ship the next day after you place your order.

How long do I have to wait before my order ships?

We ship next day but due to COVID shipping can take up to 5-8 days. Please check your tracking #.

I received a tracking email/text, but it hasn’t updated, where is my package?

You must allow 48-72 hours before seeing any update. In some cases tracking wont update until the order is out for delivery.

We don’t have any control over this, so please be patient.

What's your refund policy?
NO REFUNDS. All sales are final.
Replacement will be issued only if damaged upon delivery.
Must inform us within 24 hours with photos as proof.

My package has been lost/stolen, what do I do?

Before a package is declared lost/stolen we check a few things:

  1. You must have submitted the correct address
  2. You have made every attempt to look for your package in case it was place in the wrong parcel or wrong apartment (if living in apartment/complex) or in case it was hidden by your mailman (if you live in a residence).
  3. You’ve allowed 72 hours from when it has been marked as “delivered” by the post office to contact us

In the case where the tracking says “delivered” but you haven't received your package, you can visit your local post office or contact USPS to file a claim. Please make sure you submit the correct address when making an order. We are not responsible for packages that are lost/stolen. Once your order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for them as USPS is a shipping service that you pay for us to send for you. Once we ship your order, the liability is between you and USPS; however, we want you to receive your order and we will do our best to help you find your package and resolve any issues.

My package was returned due to an incorrect address or for any reason, can you reship it for free? 

We will no re-ship, so make sure you write the correct address when placing an order.
